friendly staff lovely kids club pool bar no villa upgrade untidy decking full island
The staff were very friendly. the kids club is lovely. it had many pool bars, it made it fun. together club is lovely at night. Everyday there is a different event and dj party.
however, a few days before we traveled we were told this was no longer possible as the island was fully booked. we were told we would have a water village and not a lagoon villa, but i decided that it would not affect our holiday as all villas were beautiful. i left a tip for our cleaner on a daily basis. yet, he very rarely tidied the decking area or emptied the ashtray!

early departure limited facilities
the resort had various pool bars adding to the fun.
The transfer arrangements proved disappointing. I had to vacate the room far too early. i felt pressured by staff wanting to clean and retrieve luggage well before my departure. the long wait at male airport with limited facilities was inconvenient too. I thought they were running a parallel business with the lounge.
